Any title search or examination is performed solely to determine insurability of title for Beycome Title and its underwriter.

A title commitment:

• Is not a title opinion or legal advice
• Is not a guarantee of title condition
• Is only an offer to issue a title insurance policy

All coverage is governed exclusively by the final title insurance policy.

4. No Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy or completeness
• Availability or uninterrupted access
• Fitness for a specific purpose

You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beycome Title is not liable for:
